Create Snapshot Checklist

  • Enter policy source, version, jurisdiction, and captured timestamp.
  • Attach reference URL or internal policy memo identifier.
  • Map impacted cases and mark severity before publishing.
  • Save immutable hash and record approval actor for audit continuity.

Snapshot creation form will be connected to an API workflow that writes an immutable policy record and appends the action to the audit ledger.

For now, use seeded records while we wire transactional creation to /api/policy-snapshots.
